

Family Dance & MovementClasses
Moving together as a family increases the strength of the family bond and allows our movers to share what they love with their favorite people.
Family dance and yoga classes are a fun way to spend time and increase connection with kids of all ages.

Parents, grandparents, caregivers, and all trusted grownups are welcome to attend class with their dancer!

A gentle way to start your weekend with your family. Class will begin with a full body warm-up followed by yoga asanas/poses presented with lots of options for all experience levels. Connect your movement to your breath and ease into your weekend. Families with and without children encouraged to join us!

Monarch dance classes are in session in the front room during this class. Squeals of joy, tap dancing and your favorite princess tune will often be our accompaniment. If you are looking for a quieter yoga experience we invite you to join us for the 8:15am class for adults and older teens only.

This Mommy and Me Yoga class offers a heartwarming experience for mothers and their babies (up to age 1) to bond through gentle yoga poses, breathing techniques, and playful games. It fosters flexibility, balance, and mindfulness in a supportive environment, while also providing an opportunity for moms to connect with others, build friendships, and promote a lifelong appreciation for wellness.

This kids' yoga class for ages 5-10 fosters strength, balance, flexibility, and mindfulness through fun poses, breathing exercises, and games. While kids build confidence and focus, parents can take a well-deserved break nearby.
