
Training & Other Non-Recital Classes
Some students are looking to deepen their study of dance without the year-end product of a recital performance. Others are cross training to supplement their ice skating, wrestling, running, or other sports. Dance can be an excellent way to increase mobility, core strength, grace, and detailed coordination.
These classes are open to all age appropriate students.

These classes are charged by monthly tuition unless otherwise stated.

This kids' yoga class for ages 5-10 fosters strength, balance, flexibility, and mindfulness through fun poses, breathing exercises, and games. While kids build confidence and focus, parents can take a well-deserved break nearby.
Please bring a water bottle and a yoga mat.

This class is a pop up! Pre-registration is strongly preferred, but each class exists on it's own and is not part of a session or series. Come as often as you like!
