Monarch Kaleidoscope Team is a group of beautiful, curious, creative young dancers who are bound in their goal to better themselves, raise each other to greatness, bring joy to their community, and explore artistry through dance. They are supported by their teachers and team as they grow into strong dancers, and uniquely amazing young adults.

What is Monarch Kaleidoscope Team?
Kaleidoscope Team is an opportunity for dancers to deepen their dance training and push their creativity. Kaleidoscope Team dancers attend extra technique classes, learn additional choreography, perform throughout their community, explore their artistry with original compositions, and travel to exchange dance and friendship with dancers and teachers in other dance communities. They may perform additional dances in Recital and play a special role in holiday parades and other community experiences. Kaleidoscope dancers may also choose to compete their team dances in local or traveling competitions. However, competition is not a requirement to join Kaleidoscope Team. The decision to compete belongs to the dancer and their family.
What can Kaleidoscope families expect from Monarch Movement Company?
We believe children can study and enjoy dance at a high level on a schedule that allows for participation in additional interests and school activities and at a cost that allows families flexibility in their budgets. You can expect clarity regarding your time and financial commitment.
We believe in nurturing creativity, talent, leadership skills, self love, and whole humans. The Kaleidoscope curriculum and agenda will be focused on positively influencing students beyond their physical abilities as they grow into young adults. With this idea in mind, families can expect respect for the relationship our dancers need to be cultivating with their families away from the studio.
