
Monarch teachers are experienced and skilled in designing classes of all levels that meet the needs of our students and clients. We find joy in creating movement and relationships with our students and local community.
Fit Ball recommended, but not required. Movers can use their couch, bed, or patient spouse with a little creativity!

The Soft Pants Ball is a weekly class for people who are spiritually fancy but know that stretchy, elasticky, draw stringy pants are where it’s at.
​
This virtual class will focus on core strengthening and body stability with a luxurious stretch at the beginning and end.

Sharing a yoga practice with kids models self care and mindfulness to folks who will grow up to seek balance, health, and focus just as we adults do. Show your kids why you love moving your body by sharing that time with them!

Parents, grandparents, caregivers, and all trusted grownups are welcome to attend class with their dancer or yogi!
Cost is per child + their adult(s).

Namasteph Pilates
Thursdays, 7:30pm EST on Zoom via Ninth Street Dance

This class utilizes traditional Pilates Mat exercises as well as dance and ballet inspired movements. These low impact movements are designed to strengthen the core muscles, as well as glutes, thighs, and arms.

Vinyasa Slow Flow
Mondays, 6:30pm EST on Zoom

Start your week off with a practice focused on intentional breath matched to your movements. We'll find core engagement and proper body alignment while slowing down our pace to be more present and connected in the moment and shared energy.

No specific props required, but feel free to keep your blocks nearby.
