Yoga, Fitness, and Mindfulness are incredible tools for creating healthy, empowered children and teens. Age appropriate movement and breathing are fun and inspiring for our young humans!
These classes are available for Enrollment or Drop In.
Enroll in the entire Fall 2021 Session for a reduced rate per class or drop in at a slightly higher rate.
Enrolled students can make up any missed classes in any age appropriate class in the same session.
Current customers can register using the customer portal! Enroll by searching for "Classes" or register for a Drop In by searching "Events" and finding the date you prefer!
Yoga and Wellness are incredibly beneficial for kids. Purposeful movement of our bodies and focused breathing teach our young people stress management, body awareness, flexibility, and balance (on so many levels!)
Our older teens are welcome and invited to respectfully and peacefully attend adult yoga and movement classes.
